It shouldnt surprise me anymore what a complete and utter asshole the kids dad can be. I think he has almost won the King of Asshole's award.

I picked Mae up yesterday and together we were both exhausted. She basically laid in front of the tv until it was time to go to bed. I just tried to stay awake lol. This morning we were 100% rushed because i got a call about 2 hours before i was supposed to be in to work basically begging me to come in to help open. My friend was running over an hour late to work.

Like the good friend and good employee i am, i zoomed me and Mae out the door. Suffice it to say after i got off work was the first time i was able to take a breath and see Mae.

First thing at daycare i always ask how she is. Today was a crying day. Then Mae turned her arm just right and what do i see? What looks like a half dollar size burn on her arm. WTF...i calmly asked Stacy what happened. She said she didnt know because she saw it this morning and called Brigitte to see, but Brigitte had to tell her, SHE WAS AT HER DADS HOUSE!

So im freaking out about this thing on her arm. I have no idea what its, where it came from and from the picture you can tell that a kid would have cried when this happened.

So i called the kids asshole and asked him, calmly and not yelling(which i wanted to) What happened to Mae? What do you mean what happened to her? She has this big mark on her arm...and then he started being the asshole that only he can be.

Oh i forget your the only one who can, i dont know what happened, she tried to get out of her crib, she might have done something at the playground. What the fuck kind of parent are you that doesnt see that kind of wound when your with her. What the fuck kind of parent are you that doesnt notice that your kid has fallen down. Try to play this off like its one of the normal every day bumps and bruises a kid gets.

Ive shown the picture around and everyone has said...thats not the kind of mark you get and your kid makes no noise about it.

But the asshole took the opportunity to push buttons and prove once again that my fears are founded and that he has not changed.

I wouldnt have called the asshole if it would have been a scratch, i wouldnt have called him if it would have been a bruise. This is a fucking scrape or burn of somekind and by the color it didnt happen today or last night at home.

Im tired of the assholes bullshit. If i didnt need daycare on saturdays, then i sure the fuck would be leaving the asshole behind like the other mothers did.

How hard is it to watch your kid and to know where they get this kind of mark from? Christ as im typing this Mae just ran into the wall a little bit and CRIED! So tell me that she didnt cry when that happened. Im guessing that the asshole was just being a fucking asshole when i called.

How hard is it to figure out that i dont call when i dont have to. I have no reason during the week to call the asshole. I have no reason to go to the assholes house. The only reason im ever in the assholes neighborhood is if im visiting a friend of mine who lives about 6 blocks from the asshole.

I just want my kid to be able to see the asshole and to have the relationship she wants and needs. I guess the documentation book will start growing and growing. Everything has to be documented. God....i send my kid to my moms who lives on a lake, with lots of stuff to get scratched and bumped on and she comes home fine. I send her to the assholes where its a 2 bedroom apartment and she comes back with i dont even know what it is.

To the assholes....fuck you and i hope someone scrapes, burns, or marks you!
To the other parents....we know what a normal bump and bruise is!

  1. All i can say is wow. While that is probably the result of being a 3 year old, the person watching her should still know how it happened. If not, then that means she wasn't being watched very closely.

i'm not saying that just to agree with you and feed the drama, it's just the truth. If the situation were reversed, i'm sure you would be hearing all about how a "good" mom would know what happened.

    *hugs*
